Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a Case Manager to join our Cincinnati office. You will support attorneys by developing settlements, preparing documents, and maintaining client communications across a varied caseload.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer focused, and empathetic, with at least 2 years' experience in a legal role or as an insurance adjuster. Remote work is not available; you will work on-site with the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a legal role or insurance adjusting.
• Experience as Personal Injury Case Manager or Prelitigation Paralegal preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Highly organized with multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Daily interaction with clients via telephone and in person.
• Order medical records from providers and communicate with clients and providers.
• Obtain documents necessary to support injury and/or liability positions.
• Interact with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to secure records and balances.
• Work with coworkers involved in case management and support.
• Maintain organized case files.
• Prepare comprehensive demands and submit to carriers under attorney supervision.
• Present case synopsis to attorneys when required.
• Manage case files from intake to closing under attorney direction.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
