Job summary

Advanced MedAesthetic Partners (AMP) seeks high-quality injectors to join a growing network of elite aesthetic practices in Oregon. The role offers equity in the practice with a future buyout, plus comprehensive business support including marketing, legal, compliance, training, and more, to enable exceptional patient outcomes.

Ideal candidates are board-certified NPs, PAs, or RNs with injector credentials, licensed in good standing, and willing to complete AMP’s RAMP training.

Qualifications

• Board-certified NP, PA, or RN with injector certification credential.
• Corresponding state license to practice in good standing.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Willing to complete RAMP 4-week paid training program.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical examinations and nonsurgical procedures, discuss outcomes, prepare treatment plans, and manage facial aesthetic patients.
• Follow up with patients, charting, and meticulous documentation of patient care.
• Leverage strong organization, communication, and customer service in delivering high-quality care.
• Work as both a collaborative team member and a solo provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform physical examinations and nonsurgical procedures (including but not limited to injecting neurotoxins, neuromodulator devices, and fillers), discuss expected patient outcomes, prepare treatment plans, and manage patients with facial aesthetic needs
• Some administrative duties such as following up with patients, charting, and meticulous documentation of patient care
• Leveraging strong organization, communication, and customer service skills with a passion for providing high-quality patient care
• Working both as a collaborative team member and independently as a solo provider

Experience

• Board-certified NP, PA, or RN with appropriate injector certification credential(s)
• Corresponding state license to practice in good standing
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
• Willing to complete Rapid Advancement of MedAesthetic Partners (RAMP) 4-week paid training program (as determined by AMP leadership)

Physical Requirements

• Must possess good organizational skills to balance clerical and clinical duties.
• This position requires frequent walking, sitting, standing, and bending.
• Frequent talking and listening when giving instructions and explanations.
• Frequent use of the phone, computer, and other clinic technologies.
• Employees will be asked to travel and must be able to carry and maneuver their luggage and navigate through various transportation modes (car, airplane, bus, train).
