Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking an Injection Operator at our Louisville plant. You will prepare, set up and run injection equipment, perform minor adjustments, and maintain logs and quality forms to ensure product quality.

The role requires 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule, strong safety discipline, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. The position emphasizes strict adherence to production standards, proper PPE, housekeeping, and cross-functional cooperation with maintenance and quality

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating multiple manufacturing machines.
• Experience completing logs and quality forms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up injection equipment for production.
• Perform minor adjustments to injection equipment as directed.
• Accurately complete and update logs and quality forms.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and proper PPE usage.
• Conduct visual and mechanical quality checks to meet standards.
• Communicate issues clearly and concisely to team members.
