Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 0+ years in manufacturing acceptable
• Experience in field/manufacturing environment preferred (2+ years)
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule

Responsibilities

• Operate production lines to meet safety, quality, and throughput goals
• Complete quality and production reports hourly
• Visually inspect products to prevent non-conforming goods
• Report any quality defects to shift leadership
• Follow GMP and food safety standards, maintain housekeeping
• Manage raw materials to minimize downtime; assist with line issues
