Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking an Injection/Production Operator to run daily production floor operations. You will ensure safety, quality, and throughput in line with company standards and food safety requirements.

The role requires accurate hourly quality and production reporting, adherence to GMP and food safety, and capability to operate across production areas. A 12-hour rotating schedule may apply to meet demand.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily activities of the production line(s), ensuring product adheres to Niagara’s standard of safety, quality, and throughput.
• Accurately completes applicable quality and production reports hourly.
• Physical and visual inspection of product to prevent non-conforming goods.
• Reports all quality defects to the appropriate team members and shift leadership.
• Adheres to GMP and Food Safety Standards at all times.
• Maintains general housekeeping in all areas of production and other areas assigned by plant leadership.
• Maintains appropriate level of raw materials to minimize downtime.
• Demonstrates aptitude to work in all assigned production areas; troubleshoots minor issues and covers relief duties as needed.
• Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
• Ability to work 12 hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule or as production demand dictates.
