The role requires reading and following SOIs, working independently or with a team, and maintaining accurate part counts and labels. Applicants should be able to lift up to 40 lbs, stand long hours, and work in non-climate-controlled environments.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, understand, and verbally communicate work instructions.
• Must be able to perform basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Must possess basic reading, writing, math, and communication skills.
• Must be able to manually operate secondary machinery.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts manually or with machinery.
• Read and follow SOI and verbal instructions.
• Meet or exceed production rates and quality standards.
• Identify rejects and document reasons for rejection.
