Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Manufacturing Technician or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of injection molding processes and machine operation is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate injection molding machines according to production specifications.
