• High school diploma, GED, or 3 + years of manufacturing experience.
• Associates degree in mechanical or electrical engineering desired.
• 5 years of use and repair of manufacturing equipment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be safety conscious and present self in clean, well-kept manner.

Responsibilities

• Operate, repair, and maintenance of various manufacturing equipment -- compounding, injection molding and tooling maintenance, HT furnaces, CNC and manual machining.
• Develop more efficient manufacturing processes with the assistance of engineering.
• Flex from one process to another based on production needs.
• Maintain product tracking, equipment maintenance, and process changes records.
• Ensure customer requirements and shipping demands are met.
• Overtime as needed.
• Assist Facilities Manager with the repair and maintenance of facility and infrastructure.
