Premium Waters, Inc. is seeking an experienced Plastics Molding Operator to join our Seguin, TX facility.

The role focuses on setting up and operating injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic components, while monitoring performance and ensuring strict quality standards. You will work mid to night shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, collaborating with maintenance and QA teams to troubleshoot issues and maintain smooth production flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating injection molding machines or similar manufacturing equipment.
• Understand machine operation, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Read and interpret work orders and blueprints.
• Stand for extended periods and handle materials safely.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate injection molding machines according to production schedules and specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality; adjust as needed.
• Inspect molded parts for defects and ensure quality compliance.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning to prevent downtime.
• Document production data and machine settings.
• Collaborate with maintenance and QA teams to resolve issues.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
