Responsibilities

• Assist in installation, debugging and start-up of new molding equipment.
• Monitor parameters to maintain quality and efficiency on molding lines.
• Operate molding presses per work orders and optimize capacity.
• Maintain records including SPC and quality logs as required.
• Support training of new associates and adherence to GMP and safety standards.
