Qualifications

• Agreement to complete all required post-hire training modules within specified time frame.
• DAT Mechanical Reasoning test with a passing score.
• Wonderlic Select cognitive assessment.

Responsibilities

• Safely performing injection mold changes and machine start-ups in the proper sequence and within time standards.
• Troubleshooting basic machine and equipment problems.
• Troubleshooting basic robot problems.
• Performing machine process adjustments to meet specifications.
• Assisting with operator/utility tasks and shift activities.
