Job summary

Randstad USA in Miami seeks a Mold Technician to join a collaborative team focused on continuous improvement and customer relations in the injection molding field. Responsibilities include daily production support, inspecting molds, recording data, performing mold PMs, and assisting maintenance under supervision.

Must have at least 2 years experience, high school diploma, and be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Shift is First, 7 AM–4 PM.

Qualifications

• 2 years of mold/molding experience in a production environment.
• Experience with injection molding processes and equipment.
• Strong reading of blueprints and quality records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, debris-free floors and organize work area.
• Complete mold condition and cavitation sheets; log data daily.
• Weigh and sort scrap; dispose properly.
• Enter production data into daily reports.
• Assist maintenance and tooling with mold PMs under supervision.
• Support short-term projects with Engineering staff.
• Report issues with molds, tools, or machines.
• Complete Injection Molding Fundamentals training with 80%+ score.
