Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in injection molding equipment maintenance.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with injection molding machines (e.g., Arburg, Engel, Husky) and PLCs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative and corrective maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems of injection molding machines.
• Diagnose and repair complex equipment failures including PLC logic, heater band issues, and servo-motor discrepancies.
• Assist with mold changes and basic tool maintenance, including cleaning and lubrication.
• Maintain peripheral systems such as robotic part removers, dryers, thermolators, and grinders.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures and OSHA safety standards, keeping detailed repair logs.
