Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 months of manufacturing or related experience preferred (we provide training).
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Confirm daily work assignments with the shift leader and align on priorities.
• Inspect parts continuously to verify they meet quality standards.
• Complete production records (shift reports, route sheets, and related forms).
• Stock and maintain supplies at your station.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new operators as needed.
• Keep your area clean, organized, and safe; follow our Quality Management System.
