Job summary

Intek Plastics is seeking an entry-level Injection Molding Operator at our Eau Claire, WI plant. You will support production by operating injection molding machines, performing finishing and trimming to spec, and helping ensure quality and safety.

This 2nd shift position runs 3pm-11pm Monday through Friday. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to stand long hours, and commit to reliability and adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines manually and/or automatically.
• Perform finishing and trimming of molded parts to specification.
• Conduct basic part inspections for defects or quality issues.
• Complete required production and inspection paperwork accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or team leaders.
