Intek Plastics Group in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a Thermoplastic Molding Technician for the night shift to keep production moving and quality high. You will follow documented work instructions, inspect parts, and support a safe, clean, and organized work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 to 3 months of manufacturing or related experience preferred; training is provided.
• Ability to read and follow safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Basic written communication skills for completing reports and documentation.
• Comfort communicating with coworkers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing, packaging, and quality monitoring of plastic parts and assemblies.
• Collaborate with shift leaders, mold technicians, and quality team members to ensure safe, efficient production.
• Confirm daily tasks at shift start and communicate questions early to keep operations smooth.
• Review job paperwork and verify accuracy before running parts.
• Complete documentation, including shift reports and route sheets.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; close out paperwork at shift end.

Under the Intek Plastics Group, we are investing in growth, enhanced perks, and the kind of professional development that lets you build a meaningful career.Your ScheduleHours: 11:00 pm to 7:00 amDays: Monday through FridayA Day in Your RoleWhen your shift begins, you check in with the shift leader or a mold technician to confirm your assignments. You connect with the outgoing operator to get the latest on job status and any issues to watch for. With paperwork verified, you follow documented work instructions, run parts, perform secondary operations, and record everything on shift reports and route sheets. Throughout the shift, you inspect parts, maintain supplies at your station, and surface concerns about parts, instructions, packaging, or equipment to the right team members. You help train new operators, keep your area clean and safe, close out paperwork, and tidy the workstation before handing off to the next shift.
