Job summary

INTEGRA Biosciences in Hudson, NH, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician III to support injection molding and automation on the 2nd shift (2:30pm-11:00pm).

You will set up, change over, and troubleshoot injection molding machines, install molds, run material and color changes, and optimize performance for quality and efficiency while mentoring teammates. This is an onsite opportunity with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing or process technician experience.
• Injection molding experience is required.
• Experience with automation, robotics, and troubleshooting equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Experience using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Set up, change over, and troubleshoot injection molding machines.
• Install and remove molds.
• Perform material and color changes.
• Set up and troubleshoot automation, robotics, and auxiliary equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections.
• Optimize machine performance for quality and efficiency.
• Support new equipment launches and process improvements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Mentor less-experienced team members.
