Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Process Technician to support injection molding operations. You will assist with startup/shutdown, monitor gauges and process data, and help ensure consistent, high-quality plastic components.

Responsibilities include routine checks, troubleshooting defects, and assisting with mold/material changes while maintaining a safe, efficient plant environment. Training and growth in molding tech are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of molding technician experience.
• 2+ years of quality and/or troubleshooting experience in molding.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics and electronics.
• Forklift certification preferred with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with machine start-up/shutdown and basic setup for runs.
• Monitor molding gauges, pressures, and temperatures for quality.
• Document cycle times and production data.
• Troubleshoot molding defects and equipment issues.
• Support mold and material changes as directed.
• Maintain safe and organized work area per 6S standards.
• Handle recyclable material movement to designated areas.
• Follow standard work instructions and SOPs.
• Lift up to 35 pounds and work up to 12 hours shifts.
