Qualifications

• Supports injection molding operation with machine setup and process monitoring.
• Ensures safety protocols are followed and records production data.
• Assists in mold changes, material changes, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Complete injection molds and related equipment startup, shutdown, and setup activities for sample/production runs.
• Monitor molding machine gauges, pressures, temperatures and production processes.
• Perform routine process checks and document cycle times and part quality.
• Identify and report quality concerns, equipment issues, or process deviations.
• Support troubleshooting efforts for molding defects and equipment issues.
• Maintain process documentation and production records.
