Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Process Technician for our injection molding operation. You will assist with mold setup, monitor production, and ensure the consistent manufacture of high-quality plastic components while prioritizing safety and efficiency.

In this role you will troubleshoot molding processes, document data, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment, with training provided where needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of molding technician experience.
• 2+ years of quality and/or troubleshooting in a molding environment.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, and electronics.
• Forklift certification (Milwaukee will train).
• Able to read and communicate in English.
• High attention to safety and waste reduction.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mold setup, startup, and basic production runs.
• Monitor molding machine gauges, pressures, and temperatures to ensure quality.
• Document production data such as cycle times and part quality.
• Identify and report quality concerns or process deviations.
• Support troubleshooting for molding defects and equipment issues.
• Maintain 6s workplace standards and cleanup to reduce scrap.
