Responsibilities include setting up injection molding machines, maintaining molds and robotic tooling, reading drawings, and driving continuous improvement. Overtime and varied shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in molding, coating and assembly operations.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of 2S 3D concepts.
• Ability to work overtime and varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up plastic injection molding machines.
• Maintain, modify, and change molds and robotic tooling.
• Read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide support to manufacturing sections.
