We’re working with a growing injection molding manufacturer in the Menomonee Falls area that is looking to add an experienced Team Leader to their team.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone with a strong injection molding background who can coach and develop a small team while keeping production running smoothly.

Compensation: $80k to $100k

Shift: Must be willing to work an off‑shift
