SICAME, located in Naperville, IL, seeks a Process Technician who doesn’t just run machines but owns the process, fixes issues, and drives output improvements. You will bring hands-on plastic injection molding experience, including mold setup/changeovers and defect reduction, in a fast-paced production environment.

Expect to troubleshoot defects (flash, short shots, warp), support process adjustments, and document procedures on a 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule.
