Job summary

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Process Technician in Indianapolis, IN to support operations by performing mold set-ups, troubleshooting, and corrective and preventive processing on plastics manufacturing machinery.

You will work closely with machine operators, process technicians and maintenance staff on injection and blow molding equipment, EOAT, and related tooling, developing skills in a fast-paced plastics environment on site.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, multimeter, tensiometer, and precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform process troubleshooting, mold and cell set-ups, corrective and preventive tasks on injection/blow molding machinery and related equipment.
• Process, Mold, EOAT, cell set-ups tasks performed independently across different machines; address downtime and complex mold issues with operations and maintenance teams.
• Work closely with machine operators, process technicians, supervisors and maintenance staff.
