Job summary

Revere Plastics Systems is looking for an experienced injection molding professional to own mold setups and ensure flawless machine startups on a climate-controlled facility floor in Ankeny, IA. You will troubleshoot to reduce defects and downtime, program 3-axis robotics for repeatable, safe operations, and mentor operators while maintaining organized processes.

The role emphasizes hands-on production, rapid problem-solving, and continuous improvement in a take-action culture.

Qualifications

• Experience setting molds and running injection molding processes.
• Working knowledge of resins and processing fundamentals.
• Preferably 2+ years in injection molding.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting ability.

Responsibilities

• Own mold setups and flawless machine startups.
• Diagnose root causes fast; lock in stable processes that cut defects and scrap.
• Keep presses producing - attack downtime and protect uptime.
• Program and adjust 3-axis robotics to improve repeatability and safety.
• Streamline mold changes for better throughput.
• Respond to production and quality concerns in real time.
• Document parameters and maintain process standards.
• Mentor operators; champion a clean, safe, organized work area.
