Qualifications

• Must be able to lift, push, and pull objects weighing up to 75 pounds consistently.
• Ability to analyze problems and implement solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set molds in injection molding presses.
• Follow process setup sheets and instructions.
• Troubleshoot nonconforming parts and resolve issues.
• Clean mold surfaces and assess mold conditions.
• Assist in new part setup and process development.

High school diploma/GED and completion of craft apprenticeship
