Ambrit Engineering - USA is seeking a Process Technician to supervise molding on a busy Southern California floor. You’ll launch, stabilize, and troubleshoot injection molding presses, dialing in processing for quality parts and reduced scrap.

You’ll also supervise mold setups and support operators across shifts, applying resin knowledge and Lean practices to sustain throughput. You’ll collaborate with supervisors, mold techs, quality, and maintenance to quickly diagnose defects and ensure

Qualifications

• 2+ years of plastic injection molding process technician experience
• Proven troubleshooting and mold setup capability
• Hands-on experience with injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment
• Knowledge of resins and processing fundamentals
• Stable work history with a collaborative, team-first approach

Responsibilities

• Launch, stabilize, and troubleshoot injection molding presses
• Dial in processes to improve part quality and cycle time
• Execute mold setups and precise processing adjustments
• Support operators and production teams during shifts
• Identify root causes of molding defects and equipment problems
• Run to approved process sheets and uphold quality standards
• Partner with supervisors, mold techs, quality, and maintenance
• Champion lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
