Ambrit Engineering - USA is seeking a Process Technician to supervise molding on a busy Southern California floor. You’ll launch, stabilize, and troubleshoot injection molding presses, dialing in processing for quality parts and reduced scrap.

You’ll also supervise mold setups and support operators across shifts, applying resin knowledge and Lean practices to sustain throughput. You’ll collaborate with supervisors, mold techs, quality, and maintenance to quickly diagnose defects and ensure

Qualifications

• 2+ years of plastic injection molding process technician experience
• Proven troubleshooting and mold setup capability
• Hands-on experience with injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment
• Knowledge of resins and processing fundamentals
• Stable work history with a collaborative, team-first approach

Responsibilities

Step into a day at Ambrit EngineeringPicture starting your shift on a bustling production floor at a growing Southern California plastic injection molding manufacturer. You review process sheets, bring presses online, and fine‑tune parameters so parts hit quality targets with minimal scrap and optimal cycle times. Throughout the day, you’ll collaborate with supervisors, mold techs, quality, and maintenance—jumping in to diagnose a cosmetic defect here, dialing-in a transfer position there, and keeping production running smoothly.Shifts(First Shift) 7:45am-4:15pm **(Third Shift) 11:45pm - 8:15 am (shift differential) **Role at a glanceAs a Process Technician, you ensure molding processes are executed to spec, lead mold setups, and apply hands-on troubleshooting to sustain throughput and quality.
