Hamilton Company is seeking a Process Technician for our Injection Molding Production area in Reno, NV. The role involves operating and maintaining injection molding and automation equipment in a cleanroom, documenting activities, and ensuring continuous production.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, material handling, and cross-functional communication to meet quality and efficiency targets. Requires a high school diploma or GED, plus related certificates and 2 years' manufacturing

Qualifications

• Must work in a cleanroom environment.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly.
• Strong computer and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with other departments.
• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines and automation equipment.
• Troubleshoot machine errors and identify root causes to reduce downtime.
• Maintain adequate raw material supply for continuous operation.
• Complete daily documentation, downtime tracking and shift output records.
• Support manual production tasks when full automation is not used.
• Ensure cleanliness of the cleanroom and adherence to procedures.
• Maintain attendance and shift scheduling as required.
