Job summary

Hamilton Company in the United States is seeking a Process Technician for our Injection Molding Production area in a cleanroom environment. You will operate injection molding and automation equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure material availability for continuous production.

The role emphasizes documentation, adherence to procedures, and safe handling, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., requiring strong problem-solving, computer literacy, and the ability to lift up

Qualifications

• Experience in cleanroom environment and automated manufacturing.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly.
• Strong computer and analytical skills.
• Good verbal and written communication with cross‑department teams.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines and automation equipment in production.
• Respond to machine errors, identify root causes and implement fixes to reduce downtime.
• Ensure adequate raw material supply for continuous operations.
• Complete daily documentation of activities, downtime, quality tests and output.
• Support manual production tasks and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Maintain cleanroom standards and ensure housekeeping per Hamilton procedures.
• Maintain regular attendance and follow safety guidelines.
