Job summary

Hamilton Company is seeking a Process Technician for its Injection Molding Production area in Reno, NV. The role supports automated manufacturing in a cleanroom, handling molding equipment and related processes. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m.

to 11:30 p.m., with emphasis on maintaining material flow and equipment uptime. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, and a background in injection molding or industrial technology is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certificate in injection molding, automation, plastics, or related field preferred.
• Associated degree in industrial technology, mechatronics or similar field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines and automation equipment.
• Troubleshoot machine errors and identify root causes to minimize downtime.
• Maintain materials supply for continuous production and track downtime.
• Document daily activities, downtime, quality tests, and shift output.
