Job summary

Valeo, entreprise mondiale de haute technologie, recherche un Ingénieur/Technicien Processus/Manufacturing pour optimiser l’implantation des sites et piloter des projets industriels.

Profil: diplôme en ingénierie et 4+ ans d’expérience en layout industriel, optimisation des process et utilisation d’AutoCAD; expérience dans un environnement manufacturier rapide souhaitée.

Qualifications

• Diplôme d’ingénieur industriel/mécanique ou domaine équivalent requis.
• 4+ années d’expérience en ingénierie industrielle, layout usine et méthodes associées.
• Expérience dans un environnement manufacturier à grande vitesse et résolution de problèmes d’IEF.

Responsibilities

• Plan d’implantation d’un site de fabrication pour optimiser l’espace et réduire le nombre de bâtiments.
• Définir périmètre, technologies et localisation des projets.
• Fixer l’objectif budgétaire des projets.
• Étudier et proposer des sites.
• Définir et valider les fournisseurs de panneaux standards.
• Planifier les timings et jalons des projets.
• Définir les spécifications des bâtiments et documents associés.
• Suivre les sites dans la définition des spécifications.
• Assurer la gestion de projet avec les équipes locales.
• Gérer coûts et économies des projets.
• Mettre en place les transferts physiques et ramp-up jusqu’aux premières livraisons.
• Coordonner les interfaces entre le PG et les sites.

Education

Bachelor’s degree en génie industriel/mécanique ou équivalent

4 années d’expérience en ingénierie industrielle (layout usine, temps etudes, méthodes industrielles)

Expérience avec AutoCAD ou équivalent

Résolution de problèmes en ingénierie industrielle en milieu manufacturier à grande vitesse

What You Will Do

• Plant layout of a manufacturing site to reduce assembly line square footage and to reduce the number of buildings required for the assembly lines
• Define projects perimeter~ products, technologies, location
• Define projects budget target
• Investigate and propose sites selection
• Define and validate standard panel suppliers
• Define and pilot projects timing and milestones
• Define building standard specifications, include related documents, using the generic factory design package
• Support sites to define building specifications related to specific projects
• Assure project management with local teams
• Define and manage project costs and savings
• Assure with local teams, the setup, physical transfer, ramp up activity, SOP related to the projects until customers first deliveries + 2 months
• Manage the relation and the standardization between sites involved within the same platform
• Evaluate resources and necessary support to reach the projects objectives
• Take care of reporting, feedback and project management
• Coordinate the interfaces between the PG and sites
• Manage / participate in the industrial plan of the Product Group in line with the MTP, within its perimeter

What You Should Have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a similar engineering discipline
• Minimum of 4 years experience in Industrial Engineering~ plant layout, time studies, industrial process methodologies, etc
• Experience using AutoCAD or other drafting software
• Experience in problem solving Industrial Engineering issues in a high-speed manufacturing environment
