Job summary

FutureJobHub is seeking an experienced Injection Molding Process Technician to join the Easton, PA production team. This hands-on role requires troubleshooting skills and the ability to optimize molding processes to meet quality standards.

You will set up and monitor machines, perform changeovers, and collaborate with Quality and Maintenance to improve cycle times and efficiency. 2nd or 3rd shift availability is required.

Qualifications

Experience with setting up and adjusting molding machines.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience in quality control and defect identification.
Ability to work on 2nd or 3rd shift.
Hands-on, detail-oriented with independent work style.

Responsibilities

Set up, start up, adjust, and monitor injection molding machines.
Perform machine and mold changeovers and optimize process parameters.
Troubleshoot process, machine, and tooling issues during production.
Inspect molded parts and maintain quality standards.
Document process settings and production information.
Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams.
Support and train machine operators on proper production processes.
Identify opportunities to improve cycle times, scrap rates, quality, and efficiency.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized production environment.
