Job summary

Colder Products Company is seeking a Molding Process Technician in Roseville, MN for a Monday–Thursday shift (2:00pm–12:00am). You will develop injection molding and scientific molding processes to meet specifications and troubleshoot issues to keep presses running smoothly.

The role requires 2+ years in injection molding, knowledge of IQ/OQ/PQ, and strong problem-solving and documentation skills. Travel expected minimal.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Injection Molding experience.
• Experience with scientific molding (IQ/OQ/PQ) preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop Injection Molding / Scientific Molding processes to specifications (size, appearance, flash, cycle time).
• Ensure presses run to standard process; troubleshoot issues not meeting standards.
• Create and maintain operator instructions, setup sheets and process sheets.
• Identify quality defects; support safety, quality, production and delivery improvements.
