This role also covers packaging, assembly with semi-automated equipment, and routine troubleshooting to meet production demands. The ideal candidate has 2+ years hands-on molding experience, understands tooling and measuring, and can read blueprints.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years hands-on injection molding processing experience.
• Strong understanding of molding processes, tooling and semi-automatic equipment.
• Able to read technical drawings/blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication; proactive.

Responsibilities

• Set up and start injection molding machines per production schedules.
• Monitor and adjust process parameters for quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and tooling.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Document process changes and production records.
• Operate and troubleshoot semi-automatic click-machine for chain assembly.
