Flex-N-Gate is hiring a Process Technician to set up and maintain process controls on presses, molds and equipment to meet customer specs. You will troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance while driving continuous improvement to reduce downtime.

The role requires working in an injection-molding environment, coordinating with quality inspectors to ensure part quality and implementing process improvements for efficiency and defect reduction.

Formación

• Read, write and speak English effectively.
• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Safety and environmental training and experience.
• Experience in injection molding or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to work afternoons or night shift.
• Strong attention to detail and prioritization.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and maintain process controls on presses, molds and equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance.
• Optimize processes to reduce scrap, cycle times and mold changes.
• Lead mold set-ups using efficient change systems and robotics.
• Monitor production for quality and efficiency with inspectors.
• Develop and implement process improvements to reduce downtime.
• Document system characteristics and report malfunctions.
• Support launches of new programs and ensure product quality.
