Responsibilities include troubleshooting, adjusting parameters, and training Mold Set Up Technicians to improve yield and quality on a 6/3 rotating schedule with weekly pay. The role emphasizes safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement to reduce downtime and scrap.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of injection molding processing experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend directions, procedures, instructions, specifications, and setup sheets.
• Knowledge of automation and robot operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform processing adjustments on injection molding equipment and robotics to maintain quality and production.
• Efficiently complete mold changes, set-ups, and start-ups according to established procedures.
• Analyze and troubleshoot machine-related problems to minimize downtime.
• Respond to all machine, robot, and secondary equipment alarms to maintain efficiency.
• Train Mold Set Up Technicians to understand processing parameters and injection molding principles.
• Implement and monitor real-time process control limits for production.
