• Understand electro-mechanical principles
• AutoCAD proficiency
• Ability to set up testing procedures and analyze data

Aufgaben

• Interface with shop floor to define problems and root cause
• Set up DOE for process development
• Develop testing procedures and validate new materials (films, suppliers, resins)
• Use mistake-proof strategies for process resolution
• Communicate process improvements across shifts and train staff
• Comply with Quality System requirements
• Establish manufacturing SOPs and data collection processes
• Present results to management or customers
• Collaborate with maintenance and manufacturing engineering on setups
• Report safety, quality, and regulatory concerns
