Plastic Executive Recruiters is seeking a Corporate Injection Molding Process Engineer to develop new molding processes, lead mold trials, and support launches across multiple plants on the factory floor.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in injection molding, strong scientific molding training, and the ability to travel for launches and program support. Relocation assistance and a competitive benefits package are available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on injection molding/process engineering experience.
• Strong scientific molding training or experience.
• Experience with new molds, tool trials, launches, process optimization, or troubleshooting.

Responsabilités

• Develop injection molding processes for new molds and programs.
• Lead mold trials, process development, troubleshooting, and launch support.
• Apply scientific molding to establish repeatable processing windows.
• Collaborate with tooling, automation, plant engineering, technicians, and operations.
• Travel to other facilities and tool trials when launches require support.
