Actalent is seeking a Process Engineer to support automated assembly and plastic injection molding operations across multiple product lines in our Scottsdale facility. The role emphasizes hands-on work with equipment, tooling, and processes to improve quality, efficiency, and overall manufacturing performance.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in injection molding, strong root-cause investigation and statistical analysis skills, and a RJG Master Molder 1 certification.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with injection molding.
• 3+ years of injection molding experience.
• 3+ years of root-cause investigation, technical writing, and statistical analysis.
• RJG Master Molder 1 certification.
