Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Molding-related subject or equivalent with 2 years relevant experience
• Certification in injection molding processing/technology or Master Molder or Scientific Molding Training preferred
• Associates degree with molding certifications and 2 years relevant experience acceptable

Responsibilities

• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions to molding objectives
• Improve molding process effectiveness and equipment utilization
• Ensure safety standards around molding equipment
• Lead mold setup troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
• Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams on capital projects
• Develop SOPs, WIs, and maintenance schedules for molding operations
• Deliver budgeted cost savings and productivity improvements
