Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Plastics Engineering, Polymer Science, or related field; 3+ years in molding.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing and medical devices is preferred.
• Knowledge of validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and GMP/regulatory environments.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements for injection molding processes and automation from concept to commercialization.
• Develop molding machine settings, procedures, and validation plans.
• Collaborate with vendors and plant technicians to meet project objectives.
• Lead Kaizen events and mentor engineering technicians.
