Polaris Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer specializing in injection molding for powersports components in Huntsville, TN.

You will develop, validate, and optimize molding processes, coordinating mold trials and troubleshooting production issues to deliver repeatable, high-quality manufacturing outcomes. You will collaborate with operations, tooling, design engineering, and suppliers to improve manufacturability, part performance, and process capability across rugged production

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing engineering experience in production/industrial settings.
• Experience leading engineering or technical manufacturing teams and coaching.
• Experience conducting labor studies and establishing manufacturing standards.
• Knowledge of injection molding tooling, fixturing, and equipment support; strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, and optimize manufacturing processes to meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
• Develop, document, and maintain manufacturing processes, work instructions, and SOPs.
• Conduct direct labor studies to establish labor standards and workstation layouts.
• Analyze current methods to improve productivity, quality, material flow, and cost efficiency.
• Define tooling/fixturing needs and work with tooling designers to implement solutions.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities and optimize work cells.
• Assist in development and troubleshooting of equipment and processes.
• Review product/process designs for manufacturability and cost improvements.
• Develop capital equipment justifications and support budgeting decisions.
