Qualifications

• Direct thermoplastic injection molding experience is required.
• Progressive manufacturing leadership experience; Director level not strictly necessary.
• Strong understanding of injection molding processes, equipment, and tooling.
• Experience leading and developing manufacturing teams on the production floor.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and production planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing Operations across injection molding, machining, plating, assembly, and secondary operations.
• Maintain a strong presence on the manufacturing floor and align with production priorities.
• Ensure schedules, quality, and on-time delivery meet customer commitments.
• Drive improvements in safety, quality, efficiency, uptime, and cost.
• Develop and coach supervisors, technicians, and production staff.
