Pay: $22.00–$23.50 per hour

Schedule: Rotating 12-hour day and night shifts with every other weekend off. The rotation includes four nights followed by two days off, then three days followed by two days off. Overtime and some weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate one or more injection molding machines safely and address downstream automation faults.
• Load and unload materials using an electric pallet jack.
• Inspect finished parts according to quality procedures.
• Maintain accurate production and operational records.
• Assist the team during startup, downtime, product changes, equipment issues, and cleanup.
• Keep assigned work areas clean and follow all safety procedures, including required protective equipment.
• Perform other production duties as assigned.
