Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs.
• Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions.
• Basic knowledge of injection molding and willingness to learn the molding process.
• Willingness to work extended hours or overtime.
• Participate in job development training.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and equipment used in manufacturing.
• Read and follow operating manuals, work instructions, and procedures.
• Follow established documentation for producing products.
• Perform in-process inspection of parts/assemblies.
• Conduct SPC, visual and gauge inspections and complete forms.
• Contribute to Continuous Improvement and Safety initiatives.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and housekeeping.
• Support coworkers at other workstations as needed.
• Follow all safety policies and live company core values.
