About the Role:

The Molding Operator plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by operating and maintaining plastic molding machinery to produce high-quality molded components. This position requires precision and attention to detail to ensure that all products meet strict specifications and quality standards. The operator will be responsible for setting up machines, monitoring production runs, and making necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and reduce waste. Collaboration with quality control and maintenance teams is essential to troubleshoot issues and maintain smooth operations. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience operating plastic molding machinery such as injection molding and blow molding equipment.
