Job summary

Millenniumsoft, Inc is seeking a Molding Operator in Sumter, SC for a 12-month assignment. The role focuses on molding production in the assigned area and basic maintenance on presses, with shifts 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

You will operate multi-cavity injection molding machines, inspect components, manage surplus parts, and collaborate with the team to keep equipment running. Must have HS diploma/GED, be able to lift 50 lbs, and wear steel-toe or composite shoes.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Must wear steel toe or composite shoes.
• Familiar with Work Instructions and GMP documents.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding presses to supply downstream equipment with molded components and inspect parts for quality.
• Perform minor maintenance on assigned presses and assist with break/test coverage.
• Maintain neat and orderly work area, follow GMP requirements, and document activities as required.
• Collaborate with team members to keep equipment running during breaks and call-outs.
• Manage surplus molded components and ensure correct inventory of parts.
