medmix Ltd. is seeking an Injection Molding Operator for the morning shift to join our manufacturing team in Atlanta.

The role requires operating plastic injection molding machines safely and maintaining quality standards while coordinating mold changes and material flow. Candidates should have experience in injection molding or blow molding in industrial settings, with attention to detail and the ability to work a 12-hour day shift and continental schedule.

Formación

• Experience in Injection molding or Injection blow molding processing in an industrial environment.
• Automation experience is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to operate measurement equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Effectively run plastic injection molding machines within safety and quality standards.
• Follow all safety guidelines and identify safety problems and support solutions.
• Pull and set molds from Injection Molding Machines and automation handling.
• Support set up of auxiliary equipment and material supply to presses as needed.
• Ensure molds are running within set parameters – Daily process verification.
• Respond to machine alarms and take appropriate action to resolve issues.
• Ensure production processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations.
• Identify quality defects and take corrective actions.
• Maintain a clean and organized manufacturing area.
• Perform required quality checks.
• Material handling to and from machine.

ABOUT THE ROLE

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Effectively run plastic injection molding machines within safety and quality standards
• Follow all safety guidelines and identify safety problems and support solutions
• Pull and set molds from Injection Molding Machines and automation handling
• Support set up of auxiliary equipment and material supply to presses as needed
• Ensure molds are running within set parameters – Daily process verification
