Job summary

Adecco is seeking a 3rd Shift Injection Molding Operator for our plastics manufacturing partner in South Haven, MI. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automated injection molding processes to sustain quality, uptime, and efficiency.

In this hands-on role, you’ll document process parameters, support maintenance, and collaborate with production teams to meet daily targets while upholding safety standards. Previous experience in plastics molding and shift work is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum three years of experience in plastics manufacturing.
• Minimum three years of experience working with automated injection molding processes.
• Strong understanding of molding equipment, process parameters, plastic materials, and mold tooling.

Responsibilities

• Support production teams with process control and troubleshooting activities.
• Monitor, adjust, and optimize automated manufacturing equipment to maintain quality and efficiency targets.
• Provide technical support and problem-solving assistance for molding and production-related issues.
